STUDIO V Architecture is working with Thor Equities on the renovation and repositioning of this early twentieth century building on the Upper East Side. Our plans to convert what is currently a hotel into a modern residential building will include facade repairs and restoration, structural stabilizing, completely new floor layouts, and interior updates.

Our design for E 71st Street combines the traditional beauty of a quintessential Upper East Side building - including a bright, stately facade, large and open floor plans, and high ceilings - with contemporary finishes, technology, and ambiance.

Our scope of work includes the evaluation and reconfiguration of all floor plans and unit mix, presentation-level renderings of all interiors, lobby, and exterior facade renovation, and interior design and materials selection. Our design process included thorough collaboration with Thor Equities and its consultants, including MEP, marketing, and expediting consultants.
